- Introduction
Thank you for choosing Raft Motors. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and transparency in our sales and service processes. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be provided for purchases made directly from Raft Motors or its authorized dealers or online channels.
- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:
- Pre-Order Cancellations
- Full refunds will be issued for pre-bookings or advance payments made toward a product prior to final invoice generation, provided the cancellation request is submitted before vehicle dispatch.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of request approval.
- Order Cancellations (Before Delivery)
- If the full order is cancelled before the Vehicle is registered or dispatched, Raft Motors may issue a refund after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
- Any government fees, RTO registration fees, insurance premiums, or third-party service costs will not be refunded once paid.
- Post-Delivery Refunds
- No refunds will be issued after the vehicle has been delivered, registered, or invoiced, except in cases of:
- Proven manufacturing defect (where repair or replacement is not feasible), and
- Confirmed wrongful or duplicate payment.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Registration, road tax, insurance charges
- Accessories or customizations
- Service labor and diagnostics
- Used, damaged, or altered vehicles
- Software add-ons or upgrades
- Charging infrastructure installed at the customer’s premises
- Process for Requesting Refund
To request a refund, the customer must:
- Email info@raftmotors.com with:
- Name, contact details, and proof of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documents (e.g., order confirmation, bank receipt)
- Await acknowledgment and processing by our team.
- Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds in Case of Delayed Delivery
If delivery of a confirmed order is delayed beyond 60 days (excluding force majeure events) from the committed delivery date:
- The customer may request a full refund of the advance paid, without deduction.
- Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed to the original source account used at the time of payment.
- Raft Motors will not be liable for delays caused by banking channels or third-party payment gateways.
